Description
A white plaster reproduction of a limestone relief found in Egypt, during an exhibition lead by Lauer in 1948. Found in the upper funeral temple of Pharaoh Userfak who began the 5th dynasty between late 26th and early 25th Century BC.
The plaque features imagery of various native birds such as kingfishers, herons and ibis in a papyrus brush.
